
Terri Lydon has over ten years of experience in the consumer promotion industry on both the client and agency sides. She has developed and executed integrated marketing programs complete with a variety of consumer promotion tactics, including printed and on-line coupons, targeted direct mail, and on-line sweepstakes. Her experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams continuously gets her recognized as both an individual and team motivator time and time again.
Before taking a position at PromoAid, Lydon worked in brand management at Kraft Foods. She handled the successful launch of three new products, including a $23 million on-trend product delivered to targeted consumer markets. Her strong managerial tactics eliminated department complexity, reduced costs from production processes, and saved her company $5.4 million.
Throughout her career, Lydon has worked in entrepreneurial environments like Hoffman York Advertising Agency. While there she developed various business-to-business and business-to-consumer strategies for new companies. Prior to that, she took the position of Brand/Corporate Identity Manager at Navteq. Together with her team, she created and implemented Navteq's new corporate identity, including logo development, building signage, corporate presentations, and all marketing materials.
Lydon received a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Communications from the University of California, San Diego. In 2005, Lydon completed her MBA at the University of Chicago, GSB, with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
