Sheldon Fox - PromoAid Board Member
Sheldon Fox is a Partner and Investment Manager with KDI Capital Partners in Raleigh, North Carolina. KDI invests in publicly traded equity securities in the consumer and financial services sectors. Fox leads the financial services segment of this investment management firm, handling approximately $250 million in assets and serving primarily high net-worth investors.
He joined KDI in 2004, after serving almost five years as chief financial officer of two bank holding companies, CCB Financial Corporation and its successor by merger, National Commerce Financial. Following the merger between National Commerce and CCB Financial in 2000, Fox directed all finance, accounting, and human resources activities.
Fox is a CPA and spent the first sixteen years of his professional career with KPMG LLP in Raleigh. He was admitted to the firm's partnership as a tax partner in 1993.
Fox earned an undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1981.
