Founder & CEO
Ronnie Perchik is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience spanning consumer promotion, marketing services, and Internet-related programs. He started PromoAid in 2008 after years of experiencing the difficulty that consumer companies and agencies have connecting with marketing service suppliers.
Before he started PromoAid, Ronnie was Senior Vice President for Upromise, Inc., a loyalty-based promotion company. While there, he had responsibility for the CPG and Retail teams and was part of the management team that developed and launched their digital coupon program. Prior to working at Upromise, Ronnie ran successful sales departments - first for an Internet start-up company called SalesHound.com (now ShopLocal), and then for Publications International, a well-established publishing company.
He also spent 13 years in the marketing services industry with two major marketing companies: Catalina Marketing and ActMedia, Inc. Throughout the U.S. and Canada, Perchik handled sales management and program development for these marketing powerhouses. He earned numerous awards at both companies, not only for his top revenue-producing sales and marketing teams, but also for his countless individual sales accomplishments. He was especially revered for managing the launch of the Instant Coupon Machine. Ronnie's distinguished career started with a sales position at Smith-Kline Beecham, where he was promoted three times in less than five years.
Ronnie received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Marketing, from the University of Kentucky.
Executive Vice President, Operations
Terri Lydon has over fifteen years of experience in the consumer promotion industry on both the client and agency sides. She has developed and executed integrated marketing programs complete with a variety of consumer promotion tactics, including printed and digital coupons, targeted direct mail, and digital sweepstakes. Her experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams continuously gets her recognized as both an individual and team motivator time and time again.
Before taking a position at PromoAid, Terri worked in brand management at Kraft Foods. She handled the successful launch of three new products, including a $23 million on-trend product delivered to targeted consumer markets. Her strong managerial tactics eliminated department complexity, reduced costs from production processes, and saved her company $5.4 million.
Throughout her career, Terri has worked in entrepreneurial environments like Hoffman York Advertising Agency. While there she developed various business-to-business and business-to-consumer strategies for new companies. Prior to that, she took the position of Brand/Corporate Identity Manager at NAVTEQ. Together with her team, she created and implemented NAVTEQ's new corporate identity, including logo development, building signage, corporate presentations, and all marketing materials.
Terri received a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Communications from the University of California, San Diego. In 2005, Lydon completed her MBA at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Vice President, Business Development
Kelly Ryan Gartrell has over 20 years industry experience in consumer promotion sales, including but not limited to, direct mail, in-home newspaper bag promotions, in-store sampling and promotions, on/off premise experiential sampling/promotions, community/venue-based promotions as well as digital/mobile marketing and execution.
Kelly spent 6 years at Donnelley Marketing working with marketers on highly targeted list selection and direct mail campaigns delivering samples and coupons to consumers via co-op and solo direct mail. Following Donnelley Marketing, Kelly spent 11 years with the Sunflower Group; a leading advertising and sampling Execution Company servicing CPG, retail and direct response companies through targeted in-home, in-store, event, ROP and internet programs. Just prior to joining PromoAid, Kelly work for Shorewood Packaging, a top retail packaging manufacturer. Here she worked closely with marketers on innovative and unique promotional packaging, from conception through to execution.
Kelly graduated Rutgers University with a BA in Communication and BS in Exercise Science and Sports Studies.

Director, Business Development
Alaina Tackett has 10 years of experience in advertising and marketing sales and management with a focus on web and print media. Most recently, Alaina spent over 6 years in Sales Executive roles at Schofield Media Group, a global advertising company, which culminated in her promotion to the Vice President of Sales. She was instrumental in the diversification of their sales portfolio by leading the team into new online markets and launching new print and media platforms. Alaina was also responsible for the training, management and leadership of the web and magazine sales teams, producing and growing revenue for the core units of the organization.
Alaina attended the University of Illinois at Chicago and received a BS in Marketing. Additionally, she earned a certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies, working with a small special events company, RMY Management Group, her junior and senior year of college.

Director, Client Services
Tracy Miller has over ten years of experience in the marketing industry. Her background includes design, advertising, promotions, packaging and in-store merchandising. She has had the good fortune to work on both the agency and client sides of marketing in the technology, home improvement, banking, and retail sectors. She has also developed and implemented national marketing plans for prominent brands across a variety of traditional and non-traditional media.
At PromoAid, Tracy is responsible for leading our client engagement efforts. She is focused on building strong client relationships by delivering effective solutions to every one of our individual licensees. She gives customized attention to our clients, including leading status meetings, conducting training, and contributing to planning and brainstorming sessions. Tracy is a resource translating clients' business goals into actionable tactics.
Tracy comes to PromoAid from Periscope, a full service advertising agency, where she was an Account Supervisor managing strategy, budgets, timelines and creative resources for major accounts. Previously, Tracy spent time at Firefly Mobile, the innovative start-up responsible for creating the first mobile phone for kids. As a Consumer Marketing Manager, she was a key builder who helped develop this emerging brand. Tracy also served as a designer at Gensler New York, a global architecture and design firm, creating in-store environments and retail merchandising.
Her education and experience have given her the opportunity to exercise both sides of her brain, a skill that is much appreciated by her colleagues and clients alike. Tracy earned a BFA from The University of Michigan with a dual concentration in Graphic Design and Industrial Design.

Senior Manager, Supplier Relations
Chris Kula started his career in consumer promotions and remains in the industry to this day. He spent two years working at News America Marketing in account management where he worked on a variety of national CPG accounts. Chris joined PromoAid after hearing a presentation on the company in an Entrepreneurship course he was taking as part of his MBA curriculum at DePaul University in Chicago. He has been with PromoAid for nearly 3 years where he has built and solidified PromoAid’s position as having the most comprehensive data platform of information in the industry.
Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with concentrations in Marketing, Management, and International Studies. In 2009 Chris completed his MBA at DePaul University, Kellstadt Graduate School of Business with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Change Management, and Finance – Investment Management.
